Get early access to the new Slack app which lets you send tasks, tickets and more from Slack to Notion
Hi Notioneer!
I’m so excited to be sharing my first app and one that several of my clients have requested in the past…
If you manage your tasks or tickets in Notion and use Slack with a team that prefers to send you requests via Slack then now you won’t have to spend time copying those requests into Notion anymore.
How Does Sortero Work?
Sortero is a Slack app which you add to your Slack workflows, to send form submissions from Slack to a Notion database. You’ll need to be subscribed to one of Slack’s paid plans to use it.
It can be used with any Notion database and as many Slack workflows as you like. So if you need to send different types of requests to different databases or set different default values for those requests, that’ll be simple to set up.
There’s some more details about the app here. Feel free to comment on this post if you have any questions.
How Much Does Sortero Cost?
It’ll cost $20 per month to subscribe, after a 7 day free trial but paid subscribers to this newsletter can use it for free.
Alpha Testing
The app’s in Alpha right now, which means that it’s likely that you’ll run into bugs when you use it at the moment. That’s why I’m only releasing it to a limited number of people so that I can find and fix any bugs as quickly as possible.
When setting up a workflow, you can send a copy of your form submissions to yourself or to a channel, to make sure that they’re not lost if something goes wrong.
If you’d rather wait until a more stable version of the app’s available, it should be ready to launch within the next couple of weeks.
